Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings made directly with Hotel Kijkduin. Bookings can be made by email, phone, or online on our website. External travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia, AllYourz, Hotelspecials, etc., have their own terms and conditions. For cancellations made through these agencies, please contact them directly. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests for cancellation fee reductions.

The general terms and conditions for the catering industry apply to all bookings.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation 31 days before arrival is a free cancellation.
30 days in advance – €50 administration costs
29 – 21 days prior to arrival – 25% of the total reservation
20 – 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total reservation
13 – 8 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total reservation
7 – Arrival day – 100% of the total reservation

We strongly advise you to take out your own travel and/or cancellation and general travel insurance with your insurance agent. Save us, but especially yourself, a lot of annoyance by covering your own risk in advance. We apply our cancellation conditions strictly and can therefore always offer you the best price, which does not include any cancellation fees.
